Middlesbrough: A 25-year-old woman was taken into custody at Holyrood Court after police found a stash of drugs and weapons in her home. They discovered suspected cocaine, cannabis, cannabis edibles, an axe, a baseball bat, pepper spray, and cash. Quite the haul, right?
The Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Team was working with a housing agency called Thirteen to execute some warrants when they made the arrest. It sounds like they were on a mission to clean up the area.
She’s facing some serious charges, including possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs, as well as having a firearm, which in this case is the pepper spray. After being arrested, she was released on bail while the investigation continues.
Inspector Chris Hartshorne from the Neighbourhood Policing Team mentioned that drug activity really affects the community. He encouraged anyone with information about drug-related issues to reach out to the police. They want to hear from the public to help tackle this problem.
