This week, five drivers faced penalties in County Durham for various traffic offenses
First up is Kelvin James Moore from Sherburn Village. He got caught driving his BMW without insurance last May. The court hit him with a £440 fine and six penalty points on his record. He’s got until February to pay up.
Then there’s Ivan Paul Stringer from Whitley Bay. He didn’t provide driver info for a Ford involved in an incident last June. The fine for him was £660, plus six penalty points. He’s also got to settle that by February.
Faye Mitchell from Easington Village was caught speeding in her Hyundai last May. She was fined £220 and received three penalty points. She needs to pay a total of £398 by mid-February.
Ivan Lefteroy from Middlesbrough also got nabbed for speeding in his Tesla. He faced a £440 fine and four penalty points, with the same payment deadline.
Lastly, Mehmood Mohammed from Newcastle upon Tyne was caught speeding on the A1(M) in his Lexus. He was fined £146 and got three penalty points. His total payment is due by February as well.
