Six pubs in the North East are up for grabs: Brawns Den in Durham, The Huntsman in Blaydon-on-Tyne, Rose & Crown in South Shields, Dolphin Inn in North Shields, Black Bull Hotel in Blaydon-on-Tyne, and Three Coopers in Bedale.
Brawns Den, located in Brandon, County Durham, requires a £12,000 investment. It’s a cozy spot that aims to be a community focal point.
The Huntsman in Blaydon is in a busy residential area and has a loyal customer base. It needs a £7,000 investment to get started.
Rose & Crown in South Shields is in a prime location, right on a main road and near local shops, with an expected investment of £12,500.
Dolphin Inn, the oldest inn in Tynemouth, is a historical treasure. It will cost potential publicans £10,000 to take over.
Three Coopers in Bedale is a charming pub in a picturesque market town, requiring a £15,000 investment. It’s just a couple of miles from the A1, making it easily accessible.
Black Bull in Blaydon is known for its live music and will also need a £15,000 investment to take over.
Admiral Taverns has launched a new applicant portal to help interested parties find the right pub based on their preferences, including location and investment level.
