Preston: A guy named Przemyslaw Tasak just got 16 months in jail for ignoring a restraining order. Can you believe it? He was supposed to stay away from his ex after he assaulted her last October.

But within a month, he was back at it, texting and calling her like nothing happened. He even told the police he thought they were still together. Seriously?

One day, he just walked into her house through an unlocked door and started yelling at her about a photo she posted online. She told him to leave, but he just kept calling her afterward.

Things got really out of hand when he showed up at the school while she was picking up their kids. He followed her inside, threatening her and even took one of the kids with him in his car. What a nightmare!

When she got home, he was right there in her driveway. The police arrested him later that day, and the poor kid was crying. It was a mess.

In court, the judge was not having it. He called Tasak’s excuses ridiculous and pointed out that he was already on a suspended sentence for other offenses. The judge made it clear that Tasak’s behavior was unacceptable, especially with a history of violence.

So, he got 10 months for breaching the order and six months added on from his previous sentence. It’s a tough lesson, but hopefully, he’ll think twice next time.
