A man and woman were arrested after threatening shop staff with a knife and stealing cheese and butter in Walsall
Walsall: So, there was this wild incident at a shop in Willenhall. A couple of thieves, a man and a woman, decided to hold up the place with a knife. Can you believe it? They actually made off with cheese and butter!
This all went down just after lunchtime on January 2. The police were quick on the scene and managed to nab the pair not far from where the robbery happened. They’re now in custody, facing some serious charges.
A spokesperson from West Midlands Police said they were on it right away. The duo walked into the store, threatened the staff, and then just bolted with the goods. It’s pretty shocking, right?
Oh, and it gets crazier! The woman is also being questioned about some other shoplifting incidents. They’re still in custody while the police dig deeper into this whole mess.
