CCTV footage shows Droitwich youths attempting to kick in a door, alarming local residents and police.
Droitwich: Recently, there’s been a spike in reports of youths kicking in doors around town. It’s been a real headache for homeowners.
One neighbor decided to take matters into her own hands and set up a camera after her door was targeted. She caught a youth trying to kick her door in on tape.
It’s been a tough time for folks in Droitwich. Many have been dealing with this kind of trouble lately.
The neighbor shared, “I had another incident where someone tried to boot my front door in tonight. This time, I got them on camera.”
The footage shows a group of boys running by, with one of them attempting to kick the door. It’s pretty alarming.
The Droitwich Safer Neighbour Team is aware of the situation and finds it totally unacceptable. They understand how distressing this is for everyone involved.
Inspector Dave Wise mentioned that the local police are on it. They’re working with the community to figure out who’s behind this behavior.
He urged parents to keep an eye on their kids and make sure they’re not part of this nonsense. “Young people need to think about how their actions affect others,” he said.
The inspector added that what might seem like harmless fun can actually cause a lot of stress for others in the community.

Similar incidents have also been reported in Malvern, where kids were kicking doors and posting videos on TikTok. One door there was damaged pretty badly.
