Police are renewing their appeal for information on Richard Locker, missing since January 2024, as concerns for his welfare grow.
Paignton: It’s been a year since Richard Locker went missing, and the police are really hoping someone might have seen him. They first reported him missing on January 5, 2024, and since then, they’ve been searching high and low.
Detective Chief Inspector Dave Pebworth is urging anyone with information to come forward. They’ve done extensive searches, including using drones and checking CCTV footage. They’ve even reached out to the media for help.
Richard was last seen at home on January 4, 2024, around 2 PM. He left in his car, which was found the next day in Mill Lane, Torquay. He’s described as a white male, about 5ft 8ins tall, with a slim build and short grey hair.
He might have been wearing a navy fleece and a chequered red and black shirt. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder that says “Easy Tiger.” Given the time that’s passed, he may have changed his clothes.
Richard has connections in Torbay, the South Hams, and even in Staffordshire. If you’ve seen him or know where he might be, please call the police at 101 and mention log number 309 of 5/1/24. Every little bit of information helps!
