Bristol: An independent cafe in the city, Double Puc Cafe, is teaming up with Wake The Tiger, a unique attraction. They’re going to run the cafe and handle catering for events there.

Double Puc Cafe is located on the ground floor of The Eye in Glass Wharf. They already have a good thing going with We The Curious, so this new partnership seems like a natural fit.

Founded by Griff Holland and Ed Brown, Double Puc is all about ethical sourcing and community vibes. They’re set to open at Wake The Tiger on January 10, right after the park’s big expansion.

Wake The Tiger is a certified B-Corp, and Double Puc is excited to offer fresh, sustainable food. Their menu includes salad bowls, sandwiches, cakes, and their famous cookies.

Griff Holland shared his excitement, saying they’re thrilled to partner with such an inspiring venue. He believes their focus on sustainable hospitality will be a great addition.

Graham MacVoy, the managing director of Wake The Tiger, echoed this sentiment. He’s looking forward to having Double Puc Cafe on board, as their values align perfectly with what they aim to offer.
