A wall collapse in Inverness has caused significant damage to several parked cars
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service got the call around 11:31 AM. They sent a rescue unit to make sure everything was safe. The police were still figuring things out and hadn’t commented yet.
The wall that fell is part of the boundary for the Strothers Lane car park, right next to TK Maxx. It seems like it landed right on some car bonnets, but we don’t know yet how many cars were hit or how badly they were damaged.
Earlier, Stagecoach Highland warned bus passengers to expect delays. They said all services had to reroute through Academy Street and Strothers Lane because of the incident.
