Glasgow: A brand new six-storey student living space has just opened up in Jocelyn Square. It’s run by Homes for Students and is ready to welcome tenants this month.

This place is right in the heart of the city, near the River Clyde and Glasgow Green. It offers en-suite rooms with kitchen facilities, making it super convenient for students.

Plus, there are some cool amenities like social study rooms, a cinema, a gym, and even a cycle store. There are also fun breakout spaces with pool tables for some downtime.

Adam Sadler, the Project Director at Urbanite Living, expressed excitement about this new development. He mentioned that Clyde Court is a big step in providing much-needed accommodation for students in Glasgow.

Scott Lewis, the COO at Homes for Students, shared his pride in managing this impressive property. He believes it will be a hit with students for years to come.

He emphasized that having great accommodation is crucial for a good university experience. With all the fantastic amenities and top-notch service, students at Clyde Court are set up for success.

The design of Clyde Court came from NW Architects, with Robertsons Construction Central Scotland handling the building. Urbanite Living secured nearly £19 million in financing to make this project happen.

Simon Dekker from Paragon Bank expressed happiness in supporting this project, highlighting the importance of addressing the accommodation shortage in Glasgow. He’s confident that students will love living here.

New tenants are expected to move in starting January 2025, and it looks like they’re in for a treat!
