A man in his 30s was reportedly raped in Earl’s Court by a cyclist with a food delivery bag, prompting a police investigation.
Earl’s Court: A shocking incident has taken place. A man in his 30s was reportedly raped in the area. It happened around 12:10 AM on October 4.
The victim was in Hesper Mews when a man on a bike approached him. This guy had a food delivery bag on his back. They chatted for a few minutes before things took a terrible turn.
Specialist officers are now supporting the victim. Meanwhile, detectives are on the hunt for the suspect. They’ve released CCTV footage of a man they want to identify.
Witnesses are being urged to come forward. The suspect left the scene quickly, cycling out of Hesper Mews and turning left into Bramham Gardens.
He’s described as being in his 20s, white, with dark hair and a noticeable large angular nose. He was dressed in all-black clothing.
Police are asking anyone who lives in Hesper Mews or was around that night to think back. Did you see or hear anything odd?
