Matthew Heaton is accused of multiple offenses, including threats to kill and theft, with a court appearance scheduled later this month
Lark Hill: So, Matthew Heaton, right? He showed up in court recently, facing some pretty serious charges. This all went down at Kidderminster Magistrates Court. He’s got a lot on his plate, including threats to kill and some theft stuff.
Apparently, on January 1, he was accused of false imprisonment against a woman. They say he assaulted her and kept her from leaving. Not cool at all. He also allegedly made threats that had her fearing for her life. That’s just wild.
And it doesn’t stop there. He’s also in trouble for damaging some of her property, which is valued under five grand. Plus, he’s facing charges for actual bodily harm and strangulation. It’s a lot to unpack.
Oh, and he’s accused of stealing her iPhone 12 and some keys too. The value of those is still a mystery, but it adds to the list of charges. He’s been remanded in custody until his next court date on January 30, where they’ll sort out the plea and trial prep.
