A police probe intensifies after hidden recordings of female students are discovered at an osteopath’s home in London
Islington: So, there’s this wild story about an osteopath named Torben Hersborg. He got himself into some serious trouble after police found hidden recording devices at his place.
He was arrested just before Christmas for filming female students without their knowledge. Apparently, he made over 60 videos of them at a student residence.
In court, he admitted to his creepy behavior, and now, with more devices turning up, the investigation is heating up.
Hersborg is due back in court at the end of January, and he’s currently in custody. It turns out he’s been at this for about four years, which is just shocking.
When he was arrested, police found a telescope and a camera in his car, which was covered in black bin liners. His car had been spotted hanging around the area, raising suspicions.
A judge warned him that he might be looking at some serious jail time, especially since this isn’t just a one-off incident.
Interestingly, he’s a childhood friend of actor Mads Mikkelsen and has lived in London for over 30 years. One of his former patients, writer Lesley-Ann Jones, shared her shock after hearing about his arrest.
