London: Paul Sinha had a rough day on The Chase recently. He shared his thoughts after a team outsmarted him in the final round.

Bradley Walsh welcomed four new contestants, all eager to win some cash. The first to take on Paul was Neil, a 50-year-old pensions consultant. He kicked things off strong, nailing eight questions in the cash builder round.

Even though Paul offered a low £3,000, Neil decided to stick with his original amount and made it to the final chase.

Next up was Tim, a fish farmer from Derbyshire. He jumped the gun a bit by answering a question too soon, but still managed to rack up £4,000, according to reports.

Just like Neil, Tim went for the middle offer and secured his spot in the final chase.

Then came Sally, a 23-year-old assistant accountant. She answered four questions correctly and followed her teammates by taking the middle offer into the head-to-head round.

Even though Paul was right behind her, Sally kept her cool and joined Neil and Tim in the final chase.

Finally, there was Helen, who also answered four questions correctly in the cash builder. She refused to take the minus offer and stuck with her initial earnings.

The team ended up winning £20,000, which was a great outcome for everyone.

During the final chase, they managed to answer 17 questions correctly. Although Bradley thought they might be a bit short, Paul had to catch up with them.

Unfortunately, Paul struggled during the final chase, missing several questions. The team executed some solid pushbacks, and Paul still had five questions left when time ran out.

In the end, each contestant walked away with £5,000. After the game, Bradley chatted with Paul about how he did, and Paul admitted it wasn’t his best performance.

“Not my best performance, but you played really well. You deserved everything so congratulations,” Paul said.

The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV.
