Pawsitive Vet Care has opened its doors after a remarkable makeover, creating a welcoming space for pets and their owners.
Kidderminster: Dr. Helen Perryman-Smith opened Pawsitive Vet Care in December, and she’s thrilled with the warm welcome from the community.
She recently shared some photos of the clinic’s interior, aiming to create a soothing space for the animals. It’s all about making them feel at ease.
The mum-of-one, now living in Kidderminster, designed the practice to minimize stress. There are spacious consulting rooms and a waiting area that helps keep animals calm by reducing eye contact.
Plus, they’ve got comfy kennels for pets that need to stay overnight. Cats, rabbits, and other small critters have their own special areas to keep them away from the sights and smells of dogs.
The place has undergone a complete makeover. Dr. Perryman-Smith graduated from The Royal Veterinary College in 2009 and has spent 15 years in small animal care across various locations.
She’s dedicated to providing top-notch treatment and has put a lot of thought into the clinic’s design. Everything is cozy, with wood-effect furniture to give it a homey vibe.
The before-and-after photos really show off the transformation, and Dr. Perryman-Smith is over the moon with the positive feedback.
She mentioned that they’ve been so well-received, with locals stopping by just to say hi. The first patients have loved the calm atmosphere, and some even accepted treats for the first time at a vet!
