Beverley: The search for Richard Mason is still on. He’s 55 and was reported missing on December 30. The police are really worried about him.
Inspector Ian Foster mentioned that Richard left his home in the Molescroft area and hasn’t been seen since. They’re doing everything they can to find him.
Officers are talking to locals and checking out CCTV footage to piece together where he might have gone. They’re also getting help from the National Police Air Service and other agencies.
They’ve been looking around nearby areas like Leconfield village and the Eske nature reserve. It’s a big effort to make sure Richard is safe.
