Gloucestershire: Last weekend, police in the Forest of Dean got reports about off-road bikers acting up. They were tearing through the woods and causing a ruckus.

Between January 3 and January 5, there were nine incidents reported. These bikers were spotted doing wheelies and even running red lights, which is just reckless.

They’ve damaged some woodlands in places like Lydney, Coleford, Cinderford, and Broadwell. It’s not just annoying; it’s harmful to the environment too.

Police are asking anyone who might know these riders or saw what happened to reach out. They’re planning to patrol these areas more often to keep things in check.

PC Dave Tamlin from the local Neighbourhood Policing Team mentioned that this kind of behavior affects everyone, from locals to visitors. They really want the public’s help in reporting these incidents.

If you have any info, you can fill out an online form or call the police with the incident number. They’re keen to get to the bottom of this.

In another case, police are looking for witnesses to a robbery that happened in Gloucester last month. It took place outside One Eyed Jacks on Barton Street.

A man was arrested at the scene, but another suspect got away. A 28-year-old from Gloucester has been charged with assault and theft but is out on bail for now.

Investigators are still hoping to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious, especially two guys on bikes. If you have any leads, don’t hesitate to report it.
