Authorities are continuing their investigation into a recent robbery in Darlington, urging anyone with information to come forward.
Darlington: The incident happened on the Faverdale Black Path last Sunday. A woman was just walking home when she encountered a scary situation.
At around 5:50 PM, a guy with a knife approached her and demanded money. Thankfully, she wasn’t hurt, but it definitely shook her up.
When she refused to give him anything, he took off down the steps and disappeared. The police are still looking into it.
As of now, they haven’t said if they’ve identified the suspect or made any arrests. They really want to hear from anyone who might know something.
Oh, and the guy was described as a young man in a grey tracksuit, wearing a dark mask and a hood. He was even carrying a Sainsbury’s bag.
