Authorities are still looking for a 52-year-old man who went missing last week, urging locals to help in the search efforts
Crieff: Police Scotland is really ramping up their search for a 52-year-old man who’s been missing for a week now. They’ve been doing extensive inquiries but haven’t had any luck finding him yet.
They even asked locals to check their outhouses, just in case he’s found a place to hide out. It’s a bit concerning, right?
He’s described as a white guy, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, with an average build and short grey hair. Last seen, he was wearing a navy work-style jacket, navy trousers, a light blue shirt, a navy tie, and black shoes. He might also have a dark hat and a rucksack with him.
On Friday, officers were out talking to folks on Stanley Crescent, Crieff Road, and Viewfield Place, trying to gather any info they could. Inspector Duncan mentioned they were hoping to jog some memories by being in the area around the same time he went missing.
They’re really urging anyone who might have seen him since December 27 to reach out. If you have any info, you can call 101 and mention incident number 1118 from December 29. Let’s hope they find him soon!
