Gloucestershire Police are looking for information on a burglary in Paxford where a Rolex and a VW Golf were stolen
Gloucestershire: So, there was a pretty scary incident in Paxford early Monday morning. Police are asking for help after a burglary went down around 3:45 AM.
A guy broke into a home and confronted the person inside. He demanded car keys and a Rolex watch, which led to a bit of a struggle in the kitchen.
Things got intense when the thief grabbed a knife and made threats before he took off. It seems like there was another guy waiting outside, too.
The victim’s blue VW Golf was stolen, and it was spotted driving with a blue BMW towards Blockley. Police jumped into action, searching the area for the car.
They even used a stinger device, and while they found the BMW abandoned, the Golf and the Rolex are still missing. The victim is shaken but thankfully not hurt.
Police are really keen to hear from anyone who might have seen something or has CCTV or dashcam footage. If you know anything, you can report it online and reference incident 36 from January 6.
