A car accident in Perth has led to road closures and emergency services on the scene
Perth: A road’s been shut down after a car flipped over in a crash. Strathmore Street is closed in both directions from Main Street to Keir Street.
Emergency services, including police, firefighters, and paramedics, rushed to the scene. A Scottish Ambulance Service unit is also there to help out.
One person passing by mentioned that the road closure is causing a bit of a hassle. They said it’s the main route to Scone, so traffic will definitely be diverted.
It’s still unclear which way the car was heading when it flipped. Reports suggest it was a single-car incident.
A spokesperson from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that two fire engines from Perth were dispatched to the crash site. They got the call from the ambulance service around 7:40 PM.
