Jordan Jones has been sentenced to eight years for multiple sexual abuse cases involving young victims in Scotland
Inverness: Jordan Jones is facing eight years in prison after being sentenced at the High Court. His crimes spanned from 2010 to 2024, affecting several areas like Rosyth and Dunfermline.
The police kicked off an investigation in 2020 after they got a report about serious sexual offences. As they dug deeper, they found out there were more victims.
One of the boys was only 12 when the abuse started, and it went on for two years. Other victims were aged between 13 and 16.
Detective Constable Karen Nairn described Jones as a predator who targeted children in a truly horrific manner. She expressed hope that the victims find some comfort knowing he’s now behind bars.
She also emphasized that child abuse is completely unacceptable and encouraged anyone who has suffered to come forward. The police are committed to supporting victims and holding offenders accountable.
