Russell Brand has been fined after being caught speeding at 95mph on the M4 near Slough, facing multiple driving offences.
Slough: So, Russell Brand got himself into a bit of trouble recently. He was speeding on the M4, hitting 95mph in his Mini. That’s way over the 70mph limit, right? This happened last June, and he didn’t even show up for his court date.
The court found him guilty of a couple of driving offences. He was also caught going 37mph in a 30mph zone near his home in Shiplake. Not a great look for the former Radio 2 presenter.
The judge wasn’t too kind either. He slapped Brand with a hefty fine of £3,457 and added some penalty points to his license. Ouch!
On top of that, there’s more drama. Brand is under investigation for some serious allegations of sex crimes from multiple women. An evidence file has been sent to the Crown Prosecution Service to see if he’ll face charges.
This all came to light after a joint investigation revealed that four women accused him of sexual assaults between 2006 and 2013. Brand has denied these claims, insisting that all his relationships were consensual.
