Russell Brand has admitted to speeding at 95mph on the M4, facing hefty fines and points on his license
Slough: So, Russell Brand just got himself in a bit of trouble. He pleaded guilty to speeding, hitting 95mph in his Mini on the M4. That’s way over the limit, which is 70mph.
This all went down last June, and he was also caught going 37mph in a 30mph zone near his home in Shiplake. Not a great look, right?
He didn’t even show up for the hearing, but his lawyer took care of things. The judge slapped him with a fine of £3,457 and added some points to his license. Ouch!
On top of this, there’s more drama. Russell is under investigation for some serious allegations made by several women. The police are looking into it, and the Crown Prosecution Service is deciding if charges will be filed.
These allegations date back to between 2006 and 2013, and Russell has denied everything, claiming all his relationships were consensual. It’s a tough spot for him, that’s for sure.
