Surrey: So, here’s the scoop. Sara Sharif’s stepmom, Beinash Batool, got a pretty sweet gig in prison. She’s working in the library and even cooking for other inmates.
Can you believe it? She landed this job while waiting for her trial after being arrested in September 2023 for the tragic murder of ten-year-old Sara.
Last month, she was found guilty of the crime that shocked everyone. A former inmate from HMP Bronzefield, where Batool is held, shared that she got the library job almost right away.
Apparently, it’s the kind of job everyone wants. You only have to work a few days a week, and it’s pretty laid-back.
Plus, she even got to cook during the Eid festival for her fellow prisoners. It’s wild to think about her being in the kitchen after what she did.
Batool was sentenced to life with a minimum of 33 years and is still at Bronzefield. The prison management company, Sodexo, didn’t have much to say about it.
