Police are investigating a series of strange parcel deliveries in Hailsham, raising concerns among residents about a masked individual.
The latest sighting was on December 29, where the person was caught on a doorbell camera. They were wearing a cap and a plain mask this time, but they still gave a thumbs up to the camera while dropping off a package. What’s in those parcels? No one knows, but it’s enough for the resident to file a stalking report.
The first incident was back in February, and it’s unclear if it’s the same person each time. The police are asking anyone with info or footage to come forward. It’s not the first time masked figures have caused a stir in small towns. Just a few years ago, there was a guy in Somerset who freaked people out by crawling around in a black bodysuit.
