Two guys have been named in connection with the chaos. Jack Mason, 31, from St Helens, is facing charges for his role in the Liverpool City Centre mess. He’s set to appear in court soon. Then there’s Michael Rimmer, 25, from Southport, who’s not only in hot water for the disorder but also for having some cocaine on him. He’ll be in court a bit later.
The police are still sifting through footage and images from the incidents. If anyone has info, they’re urging folks to reach out. You can call them or even drop a tip anonymously. They’re also sharing updates on their social media, so keep an eye out for that.
