A man in a Spider-Man mask has been filmed leaving parcels on a doorstep, prompting police to investigate the strange incidents in Sussex
Hailsham: So, there’s this wild story coming out of East Sussex. A guy in a Spider-Man mask has been spotted leaving random packages on someone’s doorstep. Crazy, right?
Police are on the case after they got their hands on some CCTV footage. It shows this masked dude sneaking up to a house in the dead of night, dropping off these unwanted parcels.
The first time it happened was back in February 2024. Then, about six months later, he was back at it again in August, and this time, the doorbell camera caught him waving goodbye as he strolled away.
In December, he made another appearance, but this time he was wearing headphones and had his face covered with a white mask. What’s up with that?
It’s still a mystery why he’s doing this. Sussex Police have kicked off Operation Cursor to track him down and are asking anyone with info to step forward.
They really want to hear from anyone who might have more footage or photos. It’s a bit of a head-scratcher, and they’re hoping to get to the bottom of it soon.
