Traffic is at a standstill on Telegraph Hill after a collision, worsened by heavy snow warnings
Devon: So, it looks like Telegraph Hill is really backed up right now. There was a crash, and on top of that, the Met Office has issued a snow warning. Talk about a double whammy!
Drivers are crawling along, trying to navigate that stretch of road. It’s getting pretty congested out there. The weather isn’t helping either, making things even worse.
Apparently, the accident happened on the northbound side of the A380, and now both lanes are closed. It’s a real mess, and folks are stuck.
According to the Mid-Devon Advertiser, the road is shut in both directions. So, if you’re planning to head that way, you might want to rethink your route.
Devon County Council has put out alerts saying the A380 and A38 are closed due to the snow. They’re advising everyone to be cautious.
And just to add to the fun, the Met Office has upgraded their weather warning to amber, which means we could see some serious snow tonight.
They’re also warning about ice forming overnight, so it’s going to be a slippery situation come Thursday morning.
Stay safe out there, and if you can, avoid the area until things clear up!
