Warrington’s beloved coffee shop chain opens its 29th store in Ellesmere Port this January, bringing fresh food and coffee to the community.
Ellesmere Port: This January, The Coffee House is set to open its 29th store in The Port Arcade Shopping Centre. Exciting, right? The grand opening is scheduled for the second week of January 2025 at 8 am.
The Coffee House started back in 2011 in Lymm, founded by brothers Chris and Stephen Shelmerdine. They’ve built a reputation as a community hub where folks can gather for fresh, handmade food and locally roasted coffee.
Last year, they opened new spots in Stockton Heath and the Cockhedge Shopping Centre. Chris, the managing director, mentioned that they design each location to reflect the local vibe. So, keep an eye out for the unique mural that represents Ellesmere Port when you visit!
They roast their signature house blend coffee in Warrington, and all their food is made fresh daily. This includes bread baked each morning, which is pretty awesome.
The new store will offer a variety of freshly made food items like sandwiches, paninis, cakes, and breakfast options, all made from scratch every day. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it?
Construction on the Ellesmere Port location is almost done, and they’re currently hiring baristas and store managers. If you’re interested, check out their careers page!
