Three of the seven stolen puppies have been located, but the search continues for the remaining four, according to local authorities.
Shroton: So, here’s the scoop. Three out of seven lurcher puppies that were stolen just after Christmas have been found. But, sadly, four little furballs are still missing.
These five-week-old pups were taken from a building in Dorset. It happened late on a Saturday night when someone broke in. Can you believe that?
Police have been on the case and announced that they’ve managed to find three of the puppies after a lot of searching. But they’re still looking for the other four.
They’ve even arrested a couple of suspects—a 28-year-old guy from East Dorset and a 22-year-old woman from Wimborne. They’ve been released on bail, but the investigation is still going strong.
On Monday, the police shared a photo of the puppies that are still missing. They’re so young that they still need their mom to feed them. It’s heartbreaking.
Pc Sebastian Haggett from the rural crime team said the family is thrilled to have three puppies back but is really worried about the others. He’s urging anyone who might know something to reach out.
He mentioned that with all the buzz around this case, the missing puppies could be anywhere. So, they’re asking everyone to keep an eye out and report any leads.
They’re committed to finding these pups and appreciate all the help from the public. If you have any info, you can contact Dorset Police through their website or call 101 with the occurrence number.
