A beloved father of two passed away suddenly while enjoying a family trip, leaving loved ones in shock and mourning his loss
Grimsby: It’s heartbreaking to hear about Tim Todd, a dad who was loved by so many. He passed away suddenly while on holiday with his family in Tenerife. Just 38 years old, he was a devoted father to his little ones, Albie and Elsie.
His partner, Sophie, shared how much he meant to her and the kids. They were on their first family trip together, and it’s just so tragic that he didn’t get to enjoy more time with them. Tim was always there for his family, and it’s clear he was a hands-on dad who loved spending time with his kids.
At his funeral, an incredible 380 people showed up to pay their respects. Sophie was amazed by the turnout, saying it showed just how well-loved he was. They met at a wedding and hit it off right away, bonding over their dreams of starting a family.
Tim loved to travel, whether it was to the Lake District or exploring new places abroad. He was also a big sports fan, always watching games or playing golf. His friends even organized a charity event in his honor, raising £12,000 for the British Heart Foundation, which is just fantastic.
Sophie still can’t believe how quickly everything changed. Just hours before his passing, they were all having fun in the pool. She remembers Tim as calm and supportive, always there for her. It’s a tough loss, and he will be missed dearly.
