Allison Homes East is behind this project, and they recently gave a special tour to some local officials, including the mayor and vice chair of the county council.

Last weekend was the big reveal, and folks could finally check out the homes up close.
Each home boasts an Energy Performance Certificate rating of A, which is the best you can get for energy efficiency.
Plus, the area will be beautifully landscaped with over 390 trees and thousands of shrubs and hedge plants.
During the exclusive event, attendees got to tour two specific homes: a three-bedroom called The Hazel and a four-bedroom named The Willow.
Local leaders, including the mayor and members of the parish council, were impressed with the quality of the homes.
The mayor, Paul Bland, praised the collaboration with Allison Homes, noting the exceptional build quality.
Andy Richards, the Construction Director, expressed excitement about the opening and the future of the Wootton Grange project.
