United Utilities is actively working to fix water supply issues affecting homes in Warrington
Warrington: So, there’s been a bit of a hiccup with the water supply in Warrington. United Utilities has been on the case since Saturday afternoon, trying to sort things out on Hilden Road in Padgate.
They’re working hard to fix a burst pipe that’s left quite a few homes without water or with really low pressure. The team is still on it this Sunday morning, trying to get everything back to normal.
While they were at it, they also found another burst pipe at the junction of Montrose Close and Cinnamon Lane North. This one’s causing some trouble in Fearnhead and Cinnamon Brow too.
A spokesperson from United Utilities said they’ve pinpointed the leak on Hilden Road as the main culprit for the water issues. They’re really sorry for the hassle this has caused and are doing their best to fix it quickly.
They mentioned that they’re making progress but still have some work ahead. The repairs are a bit tricky, so the team had to step away for a bit to grab some extra parts. They’ll be back on site this morning to keep things moving.
They also reassured everyone that they’re aware of the secondary burst affecting supplies in the area and are working as fast as they can to resolve it.
