Authorities are searching for twin sisters last seen near the River Dee in Aberdeen, prompting a call for public assistance in the investigation
Aberdeen: Eliza and Henrietta Huszti, both 32, went missing after a late-night walk along the River Dee. They were last spotted around 2:12 AM on January 7.
The sisters were heading towards the Aberdeen Boat Club after leaving Market Street at Victoria Bridge. They are described as white, slim, with long brown hair.
Police are conducting extensive searches in the area where they were last seen. Chief Inspector Darren Bruce mentioned that local officers and specialist search teams are involved.
They’re using police dogs and the marine unit to help with the search. The area around Victoria Bridge has many businesses, and police are asking them to check their CCTV footage from that early morning.
If anyone has dashcam footage or any information, they’re encouraged to reach out to the police. The authorities are also speaking to people who know the sisters to gather more details.
