Manchester: A man named Brian Dolan is back in trouble after threatening his ex-partner. Just minutes after claiming he’d changed, he was banging on her door, making wild threats.
He told her, “I will kick your door down, I will smoke you all. Why do you think I have gloves on?” Sounds pretty scary, right?
In court, the prosecutor shared that when the woman asked if he had a gun, he said he did. That’s a huge red flag!
While he was outside her home, he kept messaging her teenage daughter, which is just crossing the line. The police were called, and he was arrested.
At first, he denied everything but later admitted to making threats and stalking. The woman said she wanted to leave Manchester because of him.

In court, they talked about Dolan’s long history of domestic violence. He’s been convicted of offenses against five different partners, including harassment and violent acts.
The judge pointed out that the police had a record of previous incidents involving him. His lawyer claimed he felt remorseful and was struggling with personal issues.
But the judge told him he needed to take responsibility for his actions and think about how he impacts others.
In the end, Dolan was sentenced to a year and four months, but it was suspended for 16 months. He also has to do some community service and can’t contact his ex for ten years.
