Sheffield: So, there was this incident where a woman got arrested for intimidating a witness after police shot her XL Bully dog. It all went down when the dog, named Ghost, bit a woman and then charged at the officers.

This happened on Dunella Road in Hillsborough. Armed police felt they had no choice but to shoot the dog when it came at them. The whole thing was pretty intense, and the police said it was necessary to protect themselves.

After the incident, the police were looking for the woman who got bitten. Apparently, she was holding her small dog up for safety until a good Samaritan helped her escape in a car.

The dog’s owner took to social media to defend Ghost, claiming he was innocent. She even started a Go Fund Me to raise money for a legal challenge against dog laws, and it’s already pulled in over £1,875.

On January 3, the police arrested a 30-year-old woman on suspicion of witness intimidation. She’s been released on bail while they keep investigating. The police are still looking into everything that happened.
