This happened at Lion Park, a private zoo in Uzbekistan. The zookeeper, a 44-year-old named F Iriskulov, was on a night shift when he tried to get the lions back into their enclosure.
At first, the lions seemed calm, just watching him as he approached. But out of nowhere, they attacked him. He was even calling one of them “Simba” to try to calm them down.
He was filming the whole thing, hoping to impress his girlfriend. But just two minutes in, the lions pounced on him. It was a brutal scene.
Rescuers found his remains four hours later. Sadly, the lions had consumed part of his body. One lion was shot, and the other two were tranquilized.
The police confirmed the tragic details, saying the lions attacked him in the courtyard. It’s just so tragic and shocking.
