Recent figures show which Bracknell roads had the biggest property sales last year.
Here’s a list of the top 10 roads with the most expensive homes.

**1. Bottle Lane – £1,600,000**
Bottle Lane had the priciest property sold last year. A charming cottage in Binfield went for £1.6 million on February 16.
**2. Kenilworth Avenue – £1,375,000**
This lovely cul-de-sac in Bracknell saw a property sell for over £1.3 million last January.
**3. Winkfield Row – £1,340,000**
A private road off Winkfield Row had a house sell for more than £1.3 million on April 2.
**4. Honeysuckle Copse – £1,250,000**
A new family home in the Woodhurst Park development sold for £1.25 million on May 22.
**5. Popeswood Road – £1,150,000 and £1,100,000**
Two homes on Popeswood Road sold for over a million last year. One went for £1.1 million on February 22, and another for £1.15 million on August 29.
**6. The Limes – £980,000**
Newly built homes on The Limes in Warfield are pricey. One sold for nearly a million on April 17.
**7. Trussell Road – £960,000**
A contemporary home on Trussell Road sold for £960,000 on September 13.

A detached house on Lynwood Chase sold for £920,000 on March 7.
**9. Elen Place – £900,000**
A property on Elen Place, just off Binfield Road, sold for £900,000 on January 26.
**10. Buddery Close – £900,000**
New homes in Buddery Close sold for up to £900,000, with one sold on April 19.
