1. Chadlington Road, North Oxford – £6,600,000. This stunning residential street had the highest sale last year. A hidden mansion sold for £6.6 million on September 10.

2. Northmoor Road, North Oxford – £5,500,000. A beautiful farmhouse from the early 1600s sold for £5.5 million on February 23. It’s one of the oldest houses in North Oxford.

3. Norham Road, North Oxford – £4,600,000. A property on the corner of Norham and Fyfield roads sold for £4.6 million on July 4. It looks more like a castle!

9. Jack Straws Lane, Headington – £1,950,000. A property sold for just under £2 million on May 7 in this leafy street.

10. Vernon Avenue, North Hinksey – £1,750,000. A house sold for £1.75 million on August 16 in this secluded area.
