Maggie bought the meal in November, and it had a best-before date of 2026. She refused to feed it to her dogs, saying it wasn’t fit for consumption.
She planned to return the meal to Aldi and wanted answers about how it ended up in her food. Maggie said she wouldn’t buy it again, and her husband agreed.
Aldi’s spokesperson reiterated their apology and asked Maggie to return the product for a full investigation.
