Bracknell’s property market reveals surprising trends in house prices, showcasing both the priciest and most affordable neighborhoods in the area.
Bracknell: Online Marketing Surgery and Cardinal Streets have put together a Property Report that ranks neighborhoods based on average house prices as of March 2024.
They used data from the Office for National Statistics, focusing on house prices in Bracknell’s MSOA areas for the same period.
So, what are the most expensive spots? Well, Winkfield and Cranbourne take the top spot. The property market there has been on the rise, with detached houses averaging £721,343, which is a 0.9% increase from last year.
If you’re looking at semi-detached homes, expect to pay around £435,915, which is up 1.7%. Terraced houses are going for about £335,803, and flats are around £221,882. Renting a two-bedroom flat will set you back about £1,020 a month.
Now, for the budget-friendly options, Central Bracknell and Wildridings are the cheapest areas. Wildridings has plenty of shops nearby, including Aldi, M&S, and Morrisons, making it a convenient place to live.
