The Bracknell branch of Marc Antoni has won the Customer Care Award, celebrating exceptional service at the annual awards event in Reading.

The event took place at the Hilton Hotel in Reading. All four Marc Antoni salons came together to celebrate their achievements from the past year.
The Bracknell team, led by Aaron Giamattei, received the Customer Care Salon of the Year Award. This award highlights their excellent service and advice for clients.
During the celebration, Mr. Giamattei shared a video showcasing the team’s successes. They highlighted their latest photo collections and international education efforts.
The team also reminisced about their participation in the Alternative Hair Show in London, which supported Blood Cancer UK.
Other awards were given too. The Woodley Salon was named Overall Salon of the Year for its great service.
Stylists from each salon received the Outstanding Salon Stylist of the Year awards. Ruby Lowe from Bracknell was among the winners.
Oliwia Witkowska from Henley-on-Thames won the Google Reviews of the Year 2024 award.
After the awards, everyone celebrated a successful year together. Mr. Giamattei thanked his teams and supporters for their hard work.
He also mentioned the challenges ahead in 2024 and looked forward to what 2025 will bring. Next year marks the 60th anniversary of Marc Antoni.
