Exciting news for shoppers! A new M&S Outlet store is set to open in Warrington, promising great deals and a fresh shopping experience.
Warrington: Earlier this month, M&S announced plans for a new outlet store in Warrington. This comes even though they already have a big store at Gemini Retail Park and a food hall in Stockton Heath.
Currently, the closest M&S Outlet stores are in Salford Quays, Manchester City Centre, and Ellesmere Port. The new store will be located at unit four of Riverside Retail Park, right near the town center.
People have been curious about how this new outlet might affect the existing M&S stores in Warrington. Thankfully, a spokesperson clarified that it won’t impact the current stores and will actually complement what’s already there.
They expect the store to be ready this summer, with an official opening date to be shared soon. Plans have also been submitted to the local council for new signage to make the store easily recognizable.
The proposed signage includes two illuminated signs at the front and one at the back, plus some vinyls by the entrance. They want to ensure the store looks great and fits in well with the retail park.
Additionally, there’s a request for minor changes to the store’s exterior, like replacing an old door with a new automatic glass one. They’re aiming for a high-quality entrance that welcomes shoppers.
