Chiltern Railways will suspend services between London and Aylesbury this weekend due to HS2 construction work near Wendover
The planned engineering works will close the railway between Great Missenden and Aylesbury for the entire weekend. So, no Chiltern Railways services will operate between London and Aylesbury Vale Parkway via Amersham.
Replacement bus services will run in both directions. They will connect with London Underground Metropolitan Line services at Amersham to Baker Street. The buses will serve Amersham, Great Missenden, Wendover, Stoke Mandeville, Aylesbury, and Aylesbury Vale Parkway.
Chiltern Railways advises customers to allow extra time for their journey. It’s best to book tickets in advance via the website or Chiltern App. Also, check your journey before travelling.
