Longfield: The annual Longfield Community Hospice Ale Amble is on Saturday, February 22. It’s a dog-friendly, self-guided four-mile walk starting and ending at Stroud Brewery.

The route takes you through The Heavens, around Thrupp and Lypiatt. Enjoy stunning views of The Golden Valley and Rodborough Hill. There’s even a pit stop at a local pub along the way.

After your walk, enjoy a free pint or soft drink at Stroud Brewery. You can also catch the Six Nations rugby match with fellow walkers.

Funds raised will support Hospice at Home, Wellbeing, and Bereavement Services for adults in Gloucestershire facing life-limiting conditions.

Tickets cost £15 for adults and £10 for kids under 18. This includes a free pint (or soft drink) and a Longfield technical t-shirt. Food will also be available for purchase on the day.

The Ale Amble runs from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on February 22. For more details and to book tickets, visit longfield.org.uk/our-event/ale-amble/.
