Roadworks in Dorset will lead to delays on key routes from February 3-9
Bournemouth: Roadworks are coming to Dorset, and they might slow you down. From February 3 to February 9, expect temporary closures and traffic signals on major roads.
BCP Council and utility companies will be busy with maintenance. Roads like Acres Road, Bargates, and Beaufort Road will see delays.
Acres Road will close from February 8 to February 15 for SSEPD installation work. Bargates in Christchurch will also close from February 3 to February 21 for similar work.
Beaufort Road will have temporary traffic signals on February 4 and 5 for bus stop improvements. In Poole, Ringwood Road will close until February 4 for resurfacing.
A signed diversion route will help guide drivers around the closures. Many other roads will also face temporary restrictions.
