The goal is to show how easy it is to move into a new apartment. These apartments are designed for a relaxed, independent lifestyle. Downsizers can also learn about special offers available.
If you buy an apartment before March 14, 2025, Churchill will cover the stamp duty. Plus, you’ll get a £300 annual winter fuel allowance for five years.
Caroline Haswell, a senior marketing manager at Churchill, said these events are great for anyone thinking about downsizing. They want to help people find a convenient, low-maintenance lifestyle.
All Churchill developments are made for the over-60s. They feature one and two-bedroom apartments with modern kitchens and beautiful gardens.
