Many Three users are facing issues making calls, with reports flooding in from various cities. The situation is frustrating for many customers.
London: It seems like a lot of folks are having a tough time with their Three phone service. Around 3 PM on Thursday, there were nearly 11,000 reports on DownDetector UK. Most of these complaints were about not being able to make calls.
About 82% of users said they couldn’t get through, while a smaller number mentioned issues with signal and internet. Cities like Glasgow, London, Liverpool, Birmingham, and Manchester are among those hit hard.
One frustrated customer shared, “I haven’t been able to make voice calls for almost two hours. My phone shows full bars, but it just says call failed.”
Another user from the East Midlands chimed in, saying, “No voice calls here since lunchtime, and the internet is barely working.”
Then there’s someone from West London who mentioned, “I’ve been unable to make calls since 1 PM, but my internet seems fine.”
Interestingly, one user noted that their partner couldn’t make outgoing calls but could use WhatsApp on 4G. They said, “I’m on Three too, but my service is okay so far.”
