James Hodgson has been appointed as a director at Wilkinson Woodward, marking a significant milestone in his career.
Halifax: So, guess what? James Hodgson just became a director at Wilkinson Woodward! He’s been with the firm since 2010, right after he graduated from Lancaster University with a law degree.
He qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and has been focusing on employment law, probate, and civil litigation. Pretty impressive, huh?
Even though he’s based in Halifax, he also helps clients in nearby Huddersfield and Brighouse. It’s great to see him so involved in the community, too. He’s always taking part in local events and even organizes the firm’s annual quiz to support Halifax charities.
In his downtime, James is the secretary for the Calderdale Tennis League. He’s quite the athlete, having snagged several trophies in local tournaments. Talk about a busy guy!
Maureen Cawthorn, the managing director at Wilkinson Woodward, expressed her excitement about James’s appointment. She mentioned how dedicated he’s been over the years and how much he’s contributed to the team and local charities.
James himself said he feels honored to step into this role at one of West Yorkshire’s top solicitor practices. It’s a big deal for him, and it sounds like he’s ready to take on the challenge!
